Shipping
Most orders require processing time of 3-7 business days. We use Express shipping for all orders. Please refer to list of countries below to see shipping rates.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

TAXES
United States: All orders shipped to the US are sent on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means we take care of all important duties and taxes for you - there are no additional costs when your package arrives.
European Union: No extra duties apply to orders shipped within the EU.
Other countries: Import taxes and/or customs fees might be charged when the package arrives at its destination.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order you can return the items within 14 days of receiving your order. Before returning you need to contact us, within 3 days after receiving your order. The customer is responsible for all returning and postage fees. Also, we do have a restocking fee - 15% of the purchase price. We deduct this 15% fee from the refund amount.
Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed in the original packaging.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders;
- Couch covers;
- Duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, bath towels (for health/hygiene reasons);
- Pajama sets, pajama pants, nightdresses (for health/hygiene reasons).
